ISO 9001 Quality Management

Since we first started trading back in August of 2005, at SGN we have always been committed to providing our customers with a quality service, so deciding to Implement ISO 9001 was a natural progression.  We have been working behind the scenes towards this standard for over a year, getting our Quality systems and processes in place and optimized.

 

We are pleased to announce that in April 2013 we were accredited with ISO 9001 by BSI. Moving forward we are confident that this will be of huge benefit to us and will ultimately allow the company to grow whilst increasing our professionalism and service to our customers

 

Being accredited with ISO 9001 is not the end, we are now using the knowledge and experience we gained implementing this to help with our future plans of being awarded ISO 18001.
